Jennifer

Office Manager

Jennifer is an Army veteran who has worked in many aspects of the dental world. She started her career as a treatment coordinator for an orthodontic office, has worked in pediatric and general dentistry, and finally ended her search for the “perfect” job in 2015 at Weston Family Dental. She loves wearing the hats of receptionist, treatment and scheduling coordinator, and insurance coordinator. She received her Associate’s Degree in medical office administration at Johnston Community College in 2010 and has enjoyed working in the dental field since then.

Outside of the office, she loves spending time with her three children: Madison, Nathan, and Scarlett. She enjoys thrift shopping, cooking, and baking.

Justine

Dental Hygienist

Justine is originally from Western New York but moved to Cary in 2004. She has over 30 years of experience as a hygienist and has specialized in periodontics. She received her Associates degree in Dental Hygiene from Erie Community College. Her love of dental hygiene fuels her desire to provide care to our patients. She enjoys the opportunity to help our patients understand why complete oral care is so beneficial to their overall health. In her off time, Justine enjoys reading, gardening, walking, and spending time with her two sons and golden retrievers, KK and Jax.

Candice

Dental Hygienist

Candice is a North Carolina native, who has lived in the triangle area most of her life. She attended NC State University where she received her bachelor’s degree in biochemistry. Afterwards, she attended UNC Chapel Hill and received a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene. Candice’s mission is to help every patient achieve their best oral health. In her spare time, Candice likes to go camping/hiking, do arts and crafts projects, and hang out with her fiancé and 2 dogs.

Ella

Dental Assistant

Originally from South Carolina, Ella brings a unique blend of skills and compassion to her role as a dental assistant. With a background as a certified EMT, she is calm under pressure and committed to providing the highest level of care to every patient she meets. Outside the office, Ella enjoys spending time outdoors—especially camping and exploring nature. Her dedication to helping others and her love for adventure make her a valued part of the team.
