Treatment Coordinator

Cali has been part of the dental field since 2021, beginning her journey as a dental assistant before transitioning to the front office. There, she discovered a true passion for patient coordination, communication, and ensuring each visit feels smooth and welcoming. With hands-on clinical experience and a growing background in office management, Cali offers a well-rounded perspective that strengthens both our patient experience and our team’s efficiency.

Originally from Massachusetts, Cali has made North Carolina her home. Outside the office, she loves spending time with her energetic Australian Shepherd, Bella, and enjoys cooking and baking for family and friends—often showing up with homemade treats that brighten everyone’s day.

Her friendly personality, attention to detail, and dedication to patient care make Cali a valued member of our practice.raised with a passion for science and service, Dr. Patel built his career around one guiding principle — care for people, not just teeth.

Justine

Dental Hygienist

Originally from Western New York, Justine has called Cary home since 2004. With more than 30 years of experience in dental hygiene—and a specialized background in periodontics—she brings exceptional clinical expertise to our practice. She earned her Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene from Erie Community College and remains passionate about educating patients on how comprehensive oral care supports their overall health.
Justine’s warm approach, gentle technique, and dedication to patient well-being make her an invaluable part of our team.
Outside the office, she enjoys reading, gardening, and walking, and cherishes time spent with her two sons and her golden retrievers, KK and Jax

Dental Hygienist

Candice is a proud North Carolina native who has spent most of her life in the Triangle area. She earned her bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from NC State University before continuing her education at UNC–Chapel Hill, where she received her bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene. This strong scientific foundation, paired with her clinical training, allows her to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care to every patient she meets.
Candice’s mission is simple: to help each patient achieve their healthiest smile and feel confident in their oral health. Her gentle approach and genuine desire to educate and support patients make her an invaluable part of our hygiene team.
Outside the office, Candice enjoys camping and hiking, diving into arts and crafts projects, and spending time with her fiancé and their two dogs.

Dental Assistant

Originally from South Carolina, Ella brings a unique combination of clinical skill, compassion, and calmness to her role as a dental assistant. Her background as a certified EMT gives her exceptional poise under pressure and a strong foundation in patient care, allowing her to support both our team and our patients with confidence and empathy.
Ella is passionate about making each visit as comfortable and reassuring as possible, and her friendly presence helps patients feel at ease from the moment they arrive.
Outside the office, she loves spending time outdoors—especially camping, hiking, and exploring nature. Her commitment to helping others and her adventurous spirit make her a valued and uplifting part of our team.
